SOS reserves the right to discontinue services and/or change prices, discount schedules (10) days prior written notice posted to these Terms & Conditions.

Where applicable law, does not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, the foregoing exclusions may not apply to you. This disclaimer applies to all content and services available through this website.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping options will be made available in the Request for Quote (RFQ). US Mail products wil be sent via Certified (necessitating your signature to receive the finished project). UPS Next Day, which need to be signed upon receipt. If shipping will be via email, a CD will also be provided and sent via Certified US Mail. If the end products arrive damaged (i.e., paper torn or destroyed, wet, due to mail delivery company leaving package in rain or other wet area, etc.), please SAVE THE PRODUCT and DO NOT DISCARD. Contact us immediately either by phone or email (within 48 hours of receipt). SOS guarantees all services and upon return of the product, will redo the service, provided tampering or intentional destruction is not evident. If an ordered product does not arrive within the expected time, contact us either by phone or email. Addresses outside of the United States will require special attention. To place orders delivered to anyplace outside of the United States, please contact us by phone or email with the shipping address and desired products. The price of shipping will be researched and we will contact you prior to shipping or charging your credit card to be sure you agree with the price.

SHIPPING POLICY

Standard shipping includes costs for third party transit and all product-handling costs. Shipping charges are calculated at the time of shipment. Where online tracking is available, the tracking link is included in your “Shipping Confirmation” email. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to appear in our system due to delays in receiving information from carriers.

SOS does not ship on holidays or weekends unless your order is extremely urgent. In that case, a premium rate will be assessed to the order.

Before we ship, your order goes through our quality control inspection. However, in the rare occasion when there is a problem with your order, please give us a call or drop us an email within 72 hours of delivery so we can rectify the problem. We will give you specific instructions for properly handling this matter when you contact us.

Return Policy: No cash refunds. Projects will be revised and returned to the Client after re-confirming initial instructions.

TERMINATION

SOS may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of SOS website, including, but not limited to, any message boards on the website, for any reason, including without limitation, breach of these Terms & Conditions. In the event that you are unsatisfied with the services provided by SOS, your sole remedy is to terminate this Agreement.

We welcome your feedback. Be advised that all comments and suggestions submitted by you shall be and remain the exclusive property of SOS, and we may use all such communications in any legal manner, including reproducing, disclosing and publishing such communications, all without compensation to you.
